Getting it Protected
Your teeth are irreplaceable, and protecting them during sports shouldn’t be left to chance. Our custom mouthguards in Frankston offer comfort and protection that off-the-shelf ones can’t match. Whether you’re out on the footy field or training hard, we’ll craft a mouthguard that fits like a glove and keeps your smile safe.
Custom-made mouthguards are miles ahead of one-size-fits-all alternatives. Explicitly fitted to your mouth, they offer a secure, comfortable feel and maximum protection—without the awkward bulk.
Protecting your teeth should be a no-brainer if you play footy, rugby, netball, or any contact sport. A custom sports mouthguard helps reduce the risk of chipped teeth, broken jaws, and even concussion.
Many Frankston athletes rely on our mouthguards, which offer up to 60 times more protection than store-bought versions. It’s a small investment that can save you from big dental bills.
We start with a relaxed chat about your needs—whether they relate to sports, grinding, or jaw tension. Then, we take a detailed impression of your teeth for the perfect fit.
Our dentist will walk you through material options and designs, recommending what suits your lifestyle and comfort best.
Your mouthguard is made by trusted labs using durable, high-quality materials. Once it's ready, we'll call you to make sure it fits just right.
We've fitted countless mouthguards for locals right here in Frankston. With years of experience, we'll guide you through the process and ensure you get the protection you need.
While we don't produce the mouthguards ourselves, we partner with top local labs and specialists who do. We'll handle the consultation and impressions and help coordinate everything for you.
Everyone's mouth is different. We'll take the time to understand your sport, preferences, and comfort level to recommend a mouthguard that fits.
We're based in Frankston, so it's easy to pop in for your consultation, fitting, or follow-up. There's no need to travel far—just local, reliable care.
Once you've got your mouthguard, we're still here for you. Whether you have a question, need a refit, or need some cleaning tips, we're only a call away.

Josh C19 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Heidi and Adrian are both lovely people that bring an honest and fun environment into their place. I personally have had several of my teeth fixed by them; the entire time they were making sure I was okay and constantly asking if I was managing! They take their time and really try to understand what is wrong; from then, they create a plan that suits the patient, are very reasonable, plus, they will give their honest thoughts and won’t sugarcoat what needs to be done. The website they have created reflects their personalities perfectly, creating a fun new way to approach dentistry; it’s also very easy to navigate with easy-to-click options for emergencies, dental stuff, and regular bookings. I would highly recommend anyone coming to see these two, as they really are making a difference in the dentistry industry! With proper care, a custom mouthguard can last 1–2 years or even longer. If your teeth shift or the fit changes, we can easily make adjustments.
Yes! We can design mouthguards to fit over braces and protect both your teeth and appliances. They may need more frequent adjustments as your teeth move.
After each use, give your mouthguard a rinse under cool water and brush it gently with a soft toothbrush. Let it air dry completely before popping it back in its case.
Not at all. Unlike bulky store-bought ones, our custom guards fit comfortably and won’t get in the way of speaking or breathing.
Night guards are thinner and made for clenching or grinding, while sports guards are thicker and designed to absorb impact during physical activity.
